How It Works
1. Pick your date.
2. Pick your theme.
3. Fill out the order form.
4. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details of your party.
5. Pay your 20% deposit and $50 refundable damage deposit.

Planning the Event

1. A few days before the event we will confirm your set up time.
2. Move all furniture from the set up area.
3. If you have shedding dogs, please vacuum the set up area.
4. Send us a picture of your set up area for planning purposes.
Week of the Event

1. We will arrive at the agreed upon set up time.
2. Set up takes approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the party.
3. The sleepover area needs to be clear of furniture, cleaned, and ready for set up.
4. Secure any pets from the set up area.
5. Pick up time will be confirmed for the next day.
Day of the Event

1. All equipment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized after every use.
2. You will be billed for any damages, stains or missing items that exceed the $50 damage deposit. If all items are returned in their original condition after being inspected, you will receive a refund of the $50 damage deposit.
3. We do not service smoking homes.
4. Secure all pets and do not allow them into the set up area.
5. Animals are not allowed on any bedding due to allergy concerns.

A 20% deposit is required to hold your date.
We also ask for a $50 additional damage deposit which will be refunded to you once all items are picked up and inspected for their original condition after the party.
Remaining balance due on the day of set up.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to your party date are not eligible for a refund of your deposit.
